Here on the head is a thin buildup of carbon between the cylinders. Initially I thought this was just "wet" but when dried I found out it was a thin bump of carbon.

The spark plug appears to be fairly clean, indicating there wasn't an overabundance of oil in the cylinder. It's also not totally washed clean as it might be if there were no spark.
